Zen is the water filter you need!
I ordered a refurbished, for a awesome price. I have to say that I can't tell that it's not new. It was packaged beautifully, and it looks great. No scratches no chips no marks. I also want to say that this system comes highly rated. So if you don't want Spend a fortune on a Berkey and others, this one is just as good for a third of the price.
