Leave it on for 30 minutes
If you want good results ignore the 1 minute instructions and leave it on for 20 to 30 min. then rinse and rub with only wanter, no other soap and rub it with wet dark towel. If it gets on your fingers it washes off with soap. The more you rub the more it comes off. It is the only product that does not cause me allergy and it ends with great salt and pepper look. Although they recommend only for hair I use it on the beard too and works well. Recently they came with a product for beard but I see no difference between the opiginal and the bears one.
