Longtime Android User - Good iPhone
From a longtime Android user - This 7 Plus works as well as you can expect. This unlocked CDMA + GSM phone IS compatible with the Verizon network, although it took a few hours for everything to sync. As is widely known, there is no included 'path input'-type keyboard, which is one of the things I do not like about Apple products. There are 3rd party apps available for that. Also, if you want to be notified about group messages, you must have the cellular data ON - my past Android phones have shown the messages but not downloaded the contents. With the iPhone, you won't even know you have a group text message unless your data is on. I love the 128GB of storage! As someone who went from the 1st gen 32gb iPhone SE to this phone, the storage, camera quality, and screen size upgrades along with other new specs are well worth the price if you are upgrading from an older model. Although it isn’t the newest model it still holds up well! Great phone - Not cheap but worth the price
This is my first i-Phone and, so far, I love it. It replaces a Moto from the same generation and it is much faster and operates smoother. The Moto did not last the two years until it was paid off. I was never a fan of Apple but I have to admit that this is an excellent product. I think it is more some of the over-exuberance of some Apple owners that bothers me rather than the actual company or product. Another advantage is that when it needs a new battery there are many repair places that can do the job at a reasonable price. The only negative I see is that the memory is not expandable. A really good phone.
I’m an Android guy, but couldn’t get a phone that would last more than 2 years. Would use pure android nexus’s and my wife’s iPhone 5s fell in the water 3 times and still worked for four years. So in the name of durability I made the switch to a iPhone 7s plus. I have been pretty happy so far, it just works. And works really good, I still try and look for the fingerprint scanner on the back when I’m pulling out of my pocket 😢, it’s a 2 year phone but works like a new phone.
