No Tech Support
I bought the Solo 2 to replace my Solo partly because the LEDs would be a much better way to know if I was up or down on a lap. Great in theory except the lights simply have never operated. I have checked my settings carefully and made sure I’m on the latest firmware. I contacted DT and they suggested I contact AIM. I tried filling out AIM’s support form but it wouldn’t send. I then contacted AIM UK who asked me to send the info to them and they would forward it. That was nearly 2 weeks ago and, despite trying, I’m getting no response.
There’s meant to be an app too but no one knows when it’s coming.
The Solo 2 is marginally better than the Solo with a better interface and WiFi but loses a lot without the LEDs and the total lack of tech support is very poor.
