Good Platform
This is a great phone and of course it has the best texting and email interface out there. My only complaint is it has an extremely sensitive keyboard and I get double letters a lot. This may be intrinsic to my particular phone though, YMMV. I am still getting used to the hub, not sure I like all my texts, emails, tweets, BBMs, etc. in one place yet, even though they can be filtered by function. Just Okay
It looks fine, but still have some flaws. 1, the keyboard "o" seems like a touchpad. You don't even press it, the o will show up, if you press it, the o will become capital letter. 2, the battery doesn't work well, it depends on how you use it. I received this one like 3 hours ago, I updated the system, download some apps and made some settings. Now, it only have 15% left. 3, the usb port can't work which means I can't charge or connect to computer. Also there are a lot scratches around USB port. This is my first time to buy a used phone online. I am disappointed, but I don't wanna bother the seller. Besides, I take this phone as my backup. I may buy two spare batteries for this q10. My first Blackberry with a physical keyboard. I am finding that I can in fact type more accurately. Everything on the phone works great, it charges, was unlocked as promised and came very quickly. Blackberry Q10 doesn't automate transfer photos/videos to computer for free
Everything worked except the transfer of photos and videos to computer. The blend didn't work. Also it was charging for data, which is a Blackberry issue. The new Alcatel's do not charge data for photo and video transfers to computer. In fact, it automates without complications like the Blackberrys do.
