Highly recommend. Efficient, easy to use. game changer
Highly recommend. The cleaning lady is absolutely awesome. Changed my life. The only thing I don't like is I have lost her a few times and took a while to find her lodged under a chair in the corner. She had run over a screw and errored out. Super easy to add water and empty. I would advise getting extra pads as mine gets pretty dirty. I've just been washing it when I add water. I have a 2000 square foot house and I have to empty and add water at the same time. I have to change out three times. She cleans up in one charge and I believe it's under an hour. Pretty quickly. My living room is stepped down and I was concerned about that. The first time she tried she got stuck and I received the message please move me away from the cliff. Robot won't map
Something that should be easy has been quite a challenge. I'm worried about whether I should be trying to return it or if I'm safe to rely on the Shark warranty. Great Cleaner
This unit was easy to setup, and the directions were easy to follow. It vacuum and mops very well. The mapping was easy. The mopping attachment is easy to install, and you don’t have to remove the vacuum dust bend to install the mopping attachment. It clean according to schedules and is always on time. If at first you don’t succeed- try again! Amazing product
I’ve seen so many bad reviews on this VacMop. I have never had any issues with Shark products, so I was confident that I could troubleshoot any problems that come up. Obviously the mapping isn’t perfect, but after I redid it in my 1050 ft2 apartment, it mapped perfectly. It is quiet, easy to use, and works great. I highly recommend this product, and if I have one piece of advice it is to let it do its first mapping run, and then redo it if you aren’t happy with it. I really like this robot. It was easy to set up on my phone and performs well. It has slipped off the dock a couple of times and lost its charge, but I have a curious small dog and wondered if he had nudged it a little at some point. It is very quiet when running, not invasive so I have run it a couple of times at night. I have vinyl plank flooring and it cleans it up very well. Mop does not get wet.
I recently purchased the Vacmop and after setting up the pad would not get wet at all. I tried everything as per the manual and troubleshooting guide, but the pad doesn't get wet at all. Like New, works great on vacuum mode and so-so with mopping app!
Like new and works great. Using the app for mopping doesn't work that well for carpet detection so I have made some room adjustments. Vacuuming works better than I thought.
