Built solidly and a "good value"!
We are just now testing the "value" portion of this product. It is not as expensive as pervious units of a different brand that we have tried. This unit appears to be nearly identical in manufacturing quality as compared to the more costly ones that we have burned through. Not a bad little sander
This is a decent sander for the price point. I can not use my disc sander table due to the cast bed is way out of alignment from back to front with no way to adjust. The only adjustment is sliding the table closer or farther away to the disc so I removed it. Not a whole lot of power but that was expected. It's a breeze to change out the 36" sanding belt and I like the removeable top guard which must be removed to sand long boards. For $108 including tax this was a good purchase as it's saving me time and effort.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Second one I've owned.

Editing a previous review.
It's a solid unit. Slightly underpowered. Good for crafting and small projects. I'm displeased with the side table for the disc. It mounts quite flimsy and with only one mounting point at the front. No support at the rear. It drops often. If you intend to use the disc part often, I'd shop around. I'm going to build a support. The vacuum port fits a shop vac hose perfectly. Updated review. Not pleased with this piece. It's very weak. The side table for the disc is useless. It groans n growls when using the belt. I wish I would have bought something better.
