The best TVs available and at a good price
I belive Samsung make the best TVs. Great remote control. A Smart TV that has a great interface to the smarts and it actually works (unlike the two Panasonic TVs that I purchased and both became dumb TVs after a couple of years, then one failed to even turn on). Samsung "Smartthings" are really impressive if you are into home automation, and lucklly Samsung build this in to all their Smart TVs. You get an amazing amount of TV for your money, they are really good value. The only thing that lets down the Samsung TVs down is the new cheap plastic feet. If you mount it on a wall bracket, you won't ever use them, if you sit the TV on a large flat surface they will work fine, but if like me you still have a DVD player, and want to sit your TV on top of it - unlucky. The feet are wider then the DVD player. I took the base off one of the panasonic TV's bolted a bit of steel sheet to it, then bolted that to the VESA bracket.

On the whole, fairly happy with it. Very light so easy to move around if I need to or put on a wall bracket as I have plasterboard walls.
The first problem was the stand, the feet mean that it has to stand on something as wide as the tv, it meant I had to adapt the tv stand by adding an extra wide shelf, would have been better to have the single central stand. Sometimes when turned on the picture scrambles and it has to be turned off and then on again to clear. Good picture when working though. Set up was not the easiest, took several attempts to connect the sky box and then more to get the sound bar working.

Purchased this tv for a bedroom. Very pleased with the picture quality. The sound is pretty good for this size also. Very happy with my choice. The only issue I had was with the small vesa mount size of 100 mm.

Samsung rip off company
Too technical to set up. Had to log in to a Samsung account for instructions, giving the company lots of personal details which I find sinister. Poor instruction book. No screws supplied at the back of the set to mount the set on a universal wall mount which I already had in place for the old set so I had to search the internet for the odd-sized screws and waited 12 days for the 4 screws to be delivered. When they arrived they were not long enough! The 4 screws cot £6.50 !!!!! Sheer sharp practise by Samsung! Disgusted with their service, their sales practise and their insistence on having to have a Samsung account to set up the tv. Would never use their products again despite being happy with older models we purchased in the past
