Piece of Absolute Garbage
Out of all of the Ninja products that I own, this is an absolute piece of garbage. It took 20 minutes to brew one pot of coffee. The small batch button doesn't work and this is on two of the exact same model that was bought. My Ninja Coffee Bar is the best. I sent this one back immediately and bought another one just to make sure that I didn't get a bad product to start with. Got the second one and it was trash as well. I pulled out my old Ninja Coffee Bar and put it back on my counter and am currently buying a brand new one. This specific pot is useless and is noisy. This makes very good coffee. It also has some nice features. Like 4 or less cup brew capability. Just be aware that this model doesn't have a reusable filter included. Other than that , it uses good old #4 cone filters. Which in my opinion make way better tasting coffee than the standard basket ( mr coffee ) style filter. Overall a Great Coffee Maker
This machine makes excellent coffee, especially on the "rich" setting. I like the fact that the water reservoir is totally visible. It is removable for filling, but filling the reservoir is just as easy without removing it. Paper filters are far less messy than the permanent filter that comes with the coffee maker.
