They do work!
I was sceptical about these but they really do the job. I would suggest start taking them gradually (one per day) and build up over a couple of weeks so you get used to them and make sure they are right for you but taken with regular exercise and watch what you eat and you will definitely see results.

Bought as a sample - just as well I did
Bought these 2packs containing 4pills each as a sample prior to buying a larger pack. Glad I bought the sample size as I found the tablets made no difference to me whatsoever. Zero difference to my appetite or energy levels. Took as instructed and pre afternoon workout - no improvements. Glad I didn't dive straight in to the larger packs, would have been a waste of money. They do seem to be quality, just not effective for me.

Don't waste your time
To be fair to the seller the product arrived when stated, was packaged as stated but the product is terrible.Have used t5s for a number of years and thought I would try these in a trial pack . Good job I did . No pre work out tingle, no energy boost , no nothing. Save your money guys and stay old school with the t5
