Worth the price good support
Straight away as soon as I put it on I had some mobility in the thumb after gaining reactive arthritis. I could never have been so happy on how it aided my recovery and helped me continue my costume and circus work. Of course I still had to give the hand some time away from the support to keep the skin clean though it's pretty breathable. Sometimes I forget I even have it on. Stabilising thumb device
It fitted well genetically on the wrist and thumb and is made from such a material that one can add velcro to give added support where one requires it most. I used KT tape in conjunction with the splint and have used it on its own. It provides better movement than some more ridged splints, which is what I was looking for as I have hEds and my problem is too much movement and this allows the correct amount of movement while supporting the ligaments.
