Outstanding power
We've previously had the standard ball vacuum but had noticed that lately it just didn't seem to have the oomph of before. Thoroughly cleaned but still not picking up all the dog hair etc. This vacuum is something else! I was horrified to see how much hair and dust was picked up and our carpet looks miles better! The only reason it's 3 stars is the price.
Overall a very good vacuum. Suction much stronger than anything I've ever owned, but it's not worth the price tag. It filters dust really well, which was one of the reasons I bought it. The pneumatic head is absolutely useless on carpets. Also surprised that a bagless vacuum has a filter which requires washing every month - bought it to reduce maintenance but turns out it needs a lot more care than my old vacuum. The handle is also a bit flimsy, as the suction is so strong, you need to really work to move the brush around, and there's flex in the handle suggesting it won't last long. Overall not a bad product but definitely not 6x better than a smaller brand alternative which the price would suggest.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

So much power.
After making a number of very costly mistakes buying battery powered cleaners I have returned to a mains powered machine, this machine is a beast and you have to reduce the suction when cleaning mats or it will just lift them off the floor, this is easily done by operating the trigger device with one finger, I would not change this machine in any way, it also comes complete with a number of attachments one of which is for cleaning furniture which I love, one of my better buys. First impressions are very good
Bought this to replace a Dyson upright and a Sebo cylinder, First impressions are very good. It's certainly not obvious that this is a recon machine - it looks brand new. The "animal" head copes well with dog hair and the range of tools supplied seem to be fit for purpose - unlike previous Dyson uprights. Lightweight with some great tool attachment.
Dyson vacuum's have all ways been pretty good. This being a bit better than the last. It has better functions than the old one and is lighter but isn't quite as practical as the old one with the tool attachment not being able to attach to the cleaner.
