Had the snap on beast for a couple of years but changed jobs where everyone seems to be using Milwaukee. I borrowed someone’s M18 half inch and it is a monster of a gun. Well capable of taking off wheel nuts on Hgvs including 32 and 33 mm. Comparison videos between the Snap On and Milwaukee are the Snap On has a much bigger anvil so it has more punch on each strike of the anvil And is also easier to remove the anvil for cleaning and regreasing. Milwaukee design through the brushless motor and maths far out classes with Snap On in reverse breaking torque and also forward fastening up torque. You have to be careful as if you keep going with nuts or bolts up to M 14 it will strip the threads. Milwaukee is much more compact better balanced and even roughly is the same weight it actually feels lighter. The only problem I see with the Milwaukee is that the battery does rattle around when new when attached to the gun. Dual rapid charger that comes with the Milwaukee is brilliant as it charges m18 batteries in well under an hour and also you can charge M 12 batteries at the same time. Typical example of what I use it for is to remove brake caliper fastening bolts on Hgv’s. As long as I can get the gun in, it removes these bolts with ease. Also when fastening back up these bolts, tightening up with a breaker bar is not required.

Great bit of kit
Have had a few electric nut guns but never one with this much grunt it's an animal this is proper heavy duty battery life is great not to heavy compared to other brands would highly recommend this and I'm working with this everyday and it's taking everything I though at it

You have to try it to believe it!
This is a phenomenal machine and it is an expensive machine. Best used with good quality impact sockets. The front end of the device is heavy so the tool is noticablly unbalanced. I found that one of the two supplied batteries was defective. However, there was no problem getting it replaced at no cost to myself since collection of the battery was arranged and a replacement is on the way. So the advertised guarantee is effective in practice. Best to test both batteries ASP if you buy the kit.Strongly recommended.

Good for undoing just about anything
Probably the best tool I’ve ever bought, will pretty much undo whatever you could need to undo. Servicing a steam train? No bother. Tightening a few bolts on some of Isambard Kingdom Brunelles handywork? Not even breaking a sweat. Bought this to replace my old snap on impact guns which were stolen and it’s like night and day in the difference, only downside is it is slightly heavier than some of the other guns out there, but you expect a little extra weight when it has the torque to restart a dying planet. Get one and realise what you’ve been missing!

The dog’s belleaux!
This things an animal. Better value and performance than Snap-on. Combined with the battery’s multi tool application, it makes so convenient to buy the bare body of another tool. The only slight thing is if only they had a similar feature to Bosch where the battery engages onto the tool without being connected so as not to drain the battery.

Fantastic product
So far the product as been brilliant a bit pricy but a good all round tool and would recommend it to anyone. I got this one because of the amount of them in the garage trade. and my son as just started as an apprentice mechanic with Nissan. So all good so far. Snap on seems to be falling out with the garage trade at the minute.
