Stylish bench seat come storage box.
The bench is a fair size, seats 2 comfortably and has a good size storage box. Comes flat packed and is fairly easy to put together. Once assembled is very study. Comes with instructions and all screws needed for assembly. All you need is the necessary tools, screwdriver. Ok but not sturdy
Easily assembled but the lid / seat simply sits on top of the storage box. The second day it slipped and wasn't sturdy enough as someone sat down and snapped one of the seat slats. Its been fixed now, but you need to be careful on how you sit down as it doesn't take too much weight. It looks nice and will be a decent addition to the garden. A nice addition to the garden
Comes in a flat pack with 8 pieces to self assemble. You are provided with 12 wood screws to fasten these panels together, which are mortis and tenon joints. I assembled it myself but would have been much easier with another pair of hands. Sturdy construction when assembled, although I did add wood glue to the joints for extra rigidity. A quick coat of clear wood sealer finished off a very nice 2 seater bench.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Wooden storage bench
I thought (stupidly) that the bench was plastic when I ordered it. Fortunately it was wood, as I prefer wood. It splintered a little on the side but that was my fault. I stood glued it down with a bit of gorilla wood glue. I used a bit of the same glue to the joints when I was screwing them together. I’m a plump woman and it held my weight, no problem. It took about 40 minutes and a cup of tea to put it all together and voila! I’m thinking of buying another one. I stored all my paint tins in the bench and threw a bin bag over the tins (and under the tins) in case it rains. I’ve ordered some wood stain to help it in the bad weather. Good value and very practical for my small garden.

This is a very attractive, and well made wooden bench. Assembly was very easy - even for a diy novice like me, took no time at all and construction very sturdy - no sct imping on the bits you cannot see. Great value seat and small storage
