Just Like New!
This product was listed as a refurbished product. The box was a little beat up. But inside the infrared personal sauna was in brand new condition. All the packaging and wrapping was intact and sealed. There was how to instructions and warranty info. There was so many mixed reviews. But for me it was a great choice at way less of cost than the “new” products. Took about 5 minutes to set up. The remote control is good, turn on digital display, set foot temp, and infrared heat temp. Did register to 140 for me each time I have used it. Chair is a bit uncomfortable. I place a towel on it. The sauna fits right around the neck and attach with Velcro. I also place a towel around my neck to seal any air gaps there. The max time is 60 minutes. Everything folds back up, secure strap, and can be slid right under the bed, behind the door or up against the wall. You will sweat with out a doubt. I had a shoulder issue it minimized the aches. Feels therapeutic. Glad I got this one!

Awesome Sauna!
I have no regrets purchasing this sauna. Great investment for your health. I like the fact that you can use it in the privacy of your home. Very easy to assemble & disassemble. Comfortable chair and easy to use. Top temp is 140 & you can program up to 60 minutes. The foot mat heats up fast. I used it already several times and it's amazing. I sweat a lot in it and my body feels great afterwards. I bought it for weight loss (release toxins) and to help with my muscles & aches. I put a towel on the chair. I also put a small towel around my neck & a towel on my head to hold heat. You have to be careful using this & must know your limits. It heats up very well & does a the job. I am content with my purchase. Highly recommended.

Other than what was written in the product reveiw; every other aspect of this item was good, as expected.
Very happy with the sauna, once I figured out how to use the control pad. There was no operation manual included. So I went and found a U-tube to find a video demonstrating how to operate it. And even though the control pad in the video looked exactly like the one I have, mine doesn't work the same way theirs did, I eventually figured out which buttons to push, to make it work for me. I surely didn’t anticipate this to get hot as it does. Been using it every night for almost a week and as an avid daily sauna user I was before COVID-19 hit, this a the best home solution ever. I am used to the sauna at the gym and miss it so much. I know that it will be a long time before I set foot in one again even after the gym opens. ( My personal sauna is clean and safe to use ). I love that it is in my bedroom and I can have my head out . I don’t feel so suffocated in the heat. This helps me stay in the sauna longer. I can talk on the phone, type on my computer, or watch a movie. When I get out I have lost a whole gallon of water weight. ( No joke!) It is a high quality sauna.
