    Good for the elderly

    I bought this for my 91 year old mother and it is very good. The buttons are a good size and the display is clear. The ring to is quite loud and the clarity of the audio is good. Having a "find phone" feature is very useful as things get mislaid around the house. We do not use all the features on the phone, but my mother is getting on with the phone very well, especially as she can hear clearly on this phone

    Avoid as not nearly new

    Only had it a short time. Considering when they say the item is opened but not used, it's hard to believe, as you can see from the pictures it was like opening a box of germs. Handset probably has been used for a long period. Very disappointed

    Big buttons , nice to use easy to see, good size display, caller id very visible before you pick up the phone, menus for phone book and settings etc logically set out. large display of time and date as screen saver is useful would be better if the back-light remained on to illuminate this display.

    Simple to use handset

    Bought this because our old phone, which has a built in battery wouldn’t hold a charge long enough to order a takeaway. I also wanted a phone that could block them nuisance calls that somehow have managed to get your number, as my elderly mum is scared to answer the phone to all calls. Big buttons we can see without the need for glasses & a decent amount of options you can choose when setting it up. When I ordered this phone & tapped buy now it automatically triggered a £3 discount so I ended up paying £27 for a phone that ticks all the boxes. But what impressed me most was I ordered it on the afternoon (about 2pm) & it arrived in the post the next morning which is very impressive. All in all this is a simple to use handset at outstanding value for money & I am very pleased with this phone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Good phone but not perfect...

    Good quality phone but because of the design, you can't rest it vertically on a table, just lie it down. Very easy to program with little need to refer to the instructions. Sound quality is better than average, with a handy earpiece 'boost' button on the side which unfortunately deactivates after every call, and there is no way to lock it on. Nice big buttons, and good clear screen with bigger than average digits.
