Great to add a variety of poses to a daily yoga practise.
These have been great for helping to plan my yoga routine. I deal out a selection of them and then arrange them into a sensible order. They stop me from doing the same poses every time and use a variety instead. There are some easy poses and some more advance ones which I'm not able to do yet, but its something to work towards. There is just a picture and the name of the poses on each card, there are no instructions of how to do the pose or what is worked by the pose, so not really suitable for a beginner.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Little wonder they don't show a picture of the cards!
