Landmine handlebar does what it says on the tin, very effective.
Basically does what it says on the tin allows you to turn you bench press or any frame into a full lat work out by a simple bolt on Landmine hinge. You then plug one end of the bar into the hinge and put this handlebar the other end of the bar and pull away! Would have been nice to of had some knurling or rubberised coating on the handles tho just to improve your grip.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
