The grass appears with 8-14, not 4 days even in optimum conditions but the grass is really lush, very green, quite fine yet tough. Now I will not sow anything else. Fabulous results. Even a late sowing on one large patch last November (didn't expect success) has produced superb results and this large patch was fantastic by March.
