Bad design, faucet snaps off at base, metal support fitting to thin and too soft (brass)
We purchased this faucet and installed it. My wife went to hang the spray arm into the bracket and the whole faucet fell off the top of the counter. This was within three weeks of us buying the faucet. When I looked at the broken fitting the metal was about as thin as a dime. There was no reason for it to be machined down this much other than poor quality control and poor design. Now it is a piece of expensive garbage and I will have to purchase and install another faucet. Stay away from this item unless you want a lot of inconvenience.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Lines not connected
There is no way to tighten the hot and cold lines to the faucet and they leak i think you should send me a tool or you should start putting the lines on the faucet then shipping them outVerified purchase: YesCondition: New
