Ice will form mainly on top of this sheet, rather than underneath it.. The sheet has folds in it from being packed. This makes it unable to lie dead flat, unless one finds a way to get rid of the folds. It;s well worth having, though..Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

easy defrosting
second batch I have bought.
