Well built - works well
There are cheaper options but I don't want to risk frying or messing up my expensive tablets and smartphone through any 'dodgy' electronics. Nor do I want to suffer that nose prickling smell of overheated plastic from the very cheap ones. Some of which are not remotely confidence- inspiring. Well what can I say about Ankers 24w charger. It works and it works well when teamed up with a comparable MFI certified lightning cable, it charges my iPhone 6 Plus at twice the speed the standard Apple wall charger does, perfect for those that are on the go and need some quick juice. It’s well built and sturdy as well as being very compact, perfect for throwing in your backpack or if you travel a lot. This is one of the best mobile accessories I have bought in quite a while. Awesome charger!
Most plugs I have tried with my Microsoft Surface (including the one sent with the Surface) cause a 'plugged in, not charging' issue. The computer reads that it is plugged but does not charge. Sometimes this rectifies itself, other times the Surface will go flat, despite being plugged in. With the Anker 24w charger it charges my Surface right away, every time: 'plugged in, charging'.
