Great choice
I wondered if I made a bad choice as a lot of the Asian gear has a poor reputation for quality and sound. SURPRIZE!!! ITS TRULY EXCELLENT. I have manufactured and design HI-Fi for nearly 50 years and I know a thing or two as a consequence and I can heartily recommend this to all except the looney fringe, who are never satisfied and would not know whats what if it jumped up and bit them. For us real mortals its delicate and warm, particularly with the valve output. The DAC has astonishing detail and delicacy. Punch enough for digital lovers to get excited and the whole kit just feels like quality. I have only one criticism, the case came finished with silicone polish...NO NO NO...never do this as it cause silicone contamination and early component failure. It used to cost the IT industry Billions before they discovered this fact. I stripped it off immediately before anything else was damaged.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
