Too much vibration
This Beko machine has not made a good start. The water supply hose was shorter than our previous machine which made it difficult to fit. There is a lot of vibration which makes a lot of noise and the machine actually walked about six inches from its original placement which caused considerable strain on the water supply hose. We only managed to stop this by placing two rubber wedges under the front edge of the machine. There is another annoying feature in that the door swings open at 180 degrees. Otherwise, the machine seems to wash the clothes well enough.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

So versatile
The main reason for my high rating is because of the flexibility of the programmes. You can change the temperature and spin speed to suit your needs; and it is so useful to see how long the programme will take. One note: When using the Fast+ function you need to reduce the load by half. This is written in the manual, but not that easy to find, in my opinion. I haven't cleaned the filter yet, but I think this is going to be trickier than my previous machine (as it was in the drum before).Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Fantastic drum size
wasn't sure what to receive as it wasn't top of the range ultra expensive machine but wow its fabulous huge drum so many choices is settings, spin speeds wash times and my goodness is it quiet and the spin is more of a light whine in the background , you dont really take any notice of it at all and with the bigger drum it has cut down on the amount of washes i do a week so saves me water and electricity too a fantastic bargain i would highly recommend this machineVerified purchase: YesCondition: New

Beko WTG841B2W - Great Machine
We had a Beko 5kg model, it was in the house when we moved here over 3 years ago. As it was here when we moved in nobody knows how old it actually was, but would guess 8 - 10 years. The old one had a mental breakdown and refused to empty, after quite a few attempts it started working again, perfectly, but too late, we had ordered it's replacement which takes a bigger load. We have had good service from Beko products, we own a Beko larder fridge too. The new model is excellent with a genuine good wash. I cannot fault it. Beware if you buy from AO as they phone the hell out of you trying to sell Appliance Insurance, or extended warranty, we will not answer their calls.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
