Love this machine!
I'm in my late 60's and just wanted to move myself. With no nice walks locally, I went for this treadmill. It is very heavy but well built. It is very quiet. So far I have started at a very gentle pace and have found it very versatile. I can make very small adjustments to the speed and incline with 'a push of a button' Without pushing too hard, I lost 9lbs in the first week. The display is easy to read and controls easy to understand. My only gripe is that it doesn't display mph. I can't get my brain used to kph. I haven't used the USB facility yet. So far, I am very happy I made the choice of this machine. I am happy to go to it every day and am getting rewarded.

Love it!
I have had several treadmills in the last 30 years, and this is easily the quietest of all of them. It runs very smoothly. The 3 programmable options are brilliant. The lifting and lowering of the running deck is very easy and light die to the assisted system. I would recommend this treadmill to anyone looking for either a quiet gentle jogger or the more serious trainer.

It's really sturdy, quite heavy to move if needed, but folds up easily. It has encouraged the whole family to get moving. Really recommend it.
