Polar H7 HIIT bike training
Got this to use with a Polar loop donated by my son. I now mainly use it with my exercise bike doing HIIT training with projected bike videos on a white board in my garage. Immediate heart rate displayed on my Galaxy J1 phone using the Polar Beat app either with my cycleops wind turbo trainer or a cheap mag trainer which I insert into the cycleops instead of the wind turbo unit. Great biking to summer videos in my winter garage!
