Highly recommended!
Received package promptly, everything included in description, which was a lot! Very easy to set up; all functions working properly (even voice commands). Best purchase this year for me; excited to start working with it more. BTW, this is my first GoPro and with the included accessories, there's not much more to add to it. If you're thinking of getting this, I wouldn't hesitate. I'm aware Hero7 just came out, but this is a great place to start and a great place to buy it from! Not an open box purchase; all factory sealed. The video quality is great (1080 right now) sound quality is better than most other cameras I've tried (I'm not a photographer, I'm a musician). Looking forward to using the Line Out feature. Voice command is a great feature and actually works. With the GoPro app you can do a number of things like update the software and use your phone as a remote controller (Bluetooth enabled). And with the Quik app, you can edit video on the phone or on your desktop; pretty sweet! Both of those apps can be found on the GoPro site. Enough now; time to get playing with this GoPro! Good:It’s pretty good quality when shooting outside. Versatile and will fit with multiple GoPro mount platforms. The high FPS makes for smooth slow motion while capturing action. BAD: Indoors it gets a very grainy picture even with the settings modified for low light situations. The voice activation feature works when it wants to. Even with complete silence, it doesn’t recognize your voice. I performed all the updates and it’s still having issues. The touch screen is slow to respond. Great little action camera!!
Ok, so the voice controls don’t work all the time, you’ll find yourself yelling “GoPro start/stop recording” a lot (my advice is to use the top button to make sure it’s recording when you need to be sure) the touch screen doesn’t work under water and the sound quality is not great (without adapter, so I use a external audio recorder if I want to record sound (or get a decent small mic for your phone and use that to record any sound) and edit together in post. But it’s a great little camera - use it in “linear” rather than “wide” mode for a more cinematic look (less fish-eye). Also shoot in 2.7K or less, for image stabilization and ease of and writing/viewing files (not all phones/ computers, micro as cards support the new H.265 hevc codec), you’ll get a warning prompt to let you know that the resolution / frame rate you selected requires the new HEVC type. I’d advise keeping that warning prompt “on” so you don’t forget. This is a pretty amazing little camera if you use it right!Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

A nice camera, good value...
I love it so far. Still getting to learn it, I bought it to make some fishing videos. Trying to learn some editing software too. The camera feels firm and well made. The doors are a bit weird at first but you get used to them fast. Do worry, you won't break it. I love the voice activation feature too, perfect for fishing videos. Not a hard camera to operate
It is a great camera. The only problem is the battery space. Very low. The suggestion is to get three batteries total. If you remove 4K and GPS then you can save a lot of battery time. Good action camera
Awesome product, got it used and works really well. Very lightweight and love that it's waterproof without the diving house. That was one of the reasons why I hated the older GoPro's was that they we'rent waterproof without the case. Excellent image quality and many special effect features
At first glance, the camera is light weight and compact. Upon closer examination I found the battery to be tight fitting and the SD card is difficult to insert and remove if you have short nails and stubby fingers. I had to use a tweezer to remove the memory card. I also feel the battery compartment and charging port doors are delicate. I was very careful opening and closing the doors to make sure it's fully closed to be water tight. I played around with the photo and video settings and took some short videos. The images are very good in resolution and tone. So far so good. did not experience reported problem of crashing / lockup / over heating. Fun versital camera

new codec H265 (HEVC) sucks.
Bought (camera Only) and came even with out the battery. beside that the Gopro 6 its very good, with an amazing quality, the thing is that for all the best quality and high framerates modes they are using this new codec H265 (HEVC) and you need a really powerfull computer to see the footage. I have a Macbook pro 2016 and its not able to show the shoots smoothly, so I have to put everything on premiere pro, render everything and watch the videos in 1/4 quality. to resume the gopro 6 it is a really powerfull camera, but make sure you have a computer that can handle the new codec, otherwise you are not gonna be able to view any of your footage.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Hard to go wrong with GoPro
Great little camera. I paired this with the GoPro phone app and there is very little this can't do. Motion stability is great. Even full price is a great deal...and I got mine at a discount so I have nothing but good things to say about it.
