    This book was recommended to me by a friend. It has given me new ideas and motivation to try out different vegetables and not always cook the same things. I have decided to test one new recipe a week - it will give me something to focus on during the pandemic and to maintain a healthy diet. The pictures and illustrations in the book are great - it is a pleasure to browse the book. The recipes give swap options which are helpful. The instructions are written in a clear way which is good. I also like the additional comments about the dishes. It is a good book.

    This book should have the above title to reflect the vast content. Well laid out and easy to follow, many recipes have alternative ingredients which most cook books don’t seem to have. A few of the ingredients may be difficult to source especially if you don’t have the likes of a Waitrose or similar on your doorstep but that isn’t the fault of the book. Overall, I’m very impressed even though we’ve only recently taken delivery and given a couple of things a try.
