Good camera!
Been using it for a few days now, and the camera is quite exceptional. I mean you don't really use the 4K quality much, if you see the 1080 footage. Does get a little warm, and you won't get much length of footage when you film in 4K, but feel free to go ahead. Would have gotten the AS500 if I knew that I'd be on 1080p all the time anyway. Still as good as its reputation
While the menu is a little dated, once you get the hang of it, you can access all the features and make high quality videos. It mounts with a 1/4" adaptor to my motorbike helmet. It's light and adds indecernable weight to the helmet. The image stabilisation is excellent. The best action camera ever !!

GoPro Killer!
I've been using GoPro's for skydiving for the past 5 years. Each generation slightly better than the last. The footage from this camera is a world better. Less distortion from the wide angle lens and the B.O.S.S image stabilising is second to none. A true optical image stabiliser as opposed to GoPro's software stabiliser.
