Card arrived quickly and well packaged. Must admit I was worried this card might not work as I've heard many a horror story of cards arriving non functioning however this one works great: plus the seller gave me a power adapter cable and warranty info too.. overall a good purchase saved about £150

  • Fast nVidia chip but very Hot and Noisy GPU card.

    - Plus: Fast nVidia chip, nice design, easy install and working with different OS (MS; Linux and BSD), silent with normal work, almost quiet when playing games, but very laud when mining cryptocurrency. - Minus: Very nosy when mining cryptocurrency (ETH; VTC; LBC; SIA; ZEC; SIB; PASC) - because of the only one fan which is rotating with speed up to 3800rpm. If you want to keep your card to work in low temperature, you need to increase the FAN speed manually. This will increase the noise level and if you have more GPU cards with One fan than the noise level in the room will be very high. Power usage is also very high when mining between 60% and 100% (125W to 180W) depending on the currency and GPU core & memory (Software OC) frequency setup. If you are thinking of mining cryptocurrency, first choose your currency that you want to mine, then choose GPU cards which is best to mine your currency and then choose GPU card with two or more fans, because mining with GPU card will be using your card at 99%-100% all the time.

  • A powerhouse of a graphics card

Like many gamers, I've slowly worked my way up through the various levels of graphics cards, with my previous card being an Asus Matrix 980ti. This card was a beast, and ran most of my games perfectly on high settings with good fps. However, seeing this item at a good price, I could not help but go for the upgrade, with the added benefit of watercooling. My case is well ventilated (I have a Thermaltake View 31), and the temps on the card under full load rarely go above 60-65 degrees. At idle, I can see it is currently sitting at 28 degrees - the ambient room temp is quite warm, so I consider this to be impressive. I'm running a triple monitor display and this handles AAA titles on high settings with ease. The superb performance of this card is now wetting my appetite for some better quality and larger screens for the setup. I'm also considering VR, and reading the reviews, this will have no problem handling this. I know the 1080ti has just been released, but unless you need the latest and greatest, you could save a few hundred pounds by getting one of these and not notice any real performance difference. The only issue I had initially was the 'dull' appearance, but when considering other graphic card designs, the plainer look of this card allows for flexibility with system design, where other cards may result in colour or design clash. This, together with a AIO cooled CPU, creates for a virtually silent system with pleasingly low temperatures. I cannot recommend this card enough.

  • Beast GPU

Runs cool, amazing performance paired with a i5 7600K. Using this with a 144Hz 1080p monitor, finally getting +100 fps in most games.

10/10 card. Most games i play run at max apart from a few such as ark but tbh i dont think ark can be maxed XD

  • GTX 1080 Aero OC

Performs extremely well for what I want, which is VR gaming on an Oculus rift headset, and standard 2D gaming on a 1440p monitor. Might struggle with 4k gaming on some modern games, but as I don't have a 4K monitor I'm not too worried. If you are looking for full 4k gaming then get the ti version which should give you a boost in performance.
