Best soundbar quality, bar none
I did extensive research about this unit before purchasing. Coming from a new LG SJ9, I was impressed with the bass and overall audio quality. The ability of this soundbar to take 3 HDMI inputs and route them to the TV using 1 HDMI (with ARC) is a standout feature. This makes install quite easy, and the bar automatically switches to whichever input is active. For sound quality, it can't compare to dedicated speakers for the surround effect, but for rooms that don't already have rear speakers, it is the best solution aside from adding your own. The price is high, but good audio equipment that has this much technology is going to last a long time, and delivers quality cinematic experiences despite it's small size.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Overpriced mediocrity
Best thing about this Soundbar is that it turned on. Extremely bulky, HDMI connection either require a big cut out in the wall or a shim to space it off the well (not enough room for the cable return). Speech intelligibility is horrible. Either one does not understand a word or the "effects sound" (anything but speech) is so loud that the windows rattle. No sound leveling between program sources - which is a joke considering the price for this unit. DSP setting very limited, Clear Voice setting does exactly nothing and 3D Sound is an imaginary option. Remote control has horrible lay out, hard to read and just plain ugly. Anybody looking for a Soundbar is clearly better off buying a Vizio or Polk unit for a 3rd of the price and will get better performance!!!!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

So far the sound quality is very good for a sound bar system. To me its just as good as a surround system with its multiple speakers. The UI(user's interface) settings onscreen settings. Takes some practice for those that are not tech pros but fare enough to understand atleast for me. It is dolby built inn height speakers but requires a device that enables its function features. Like an Xbox system a pc or gaming laptop or any device that is dolby capable. The sound even at low literally shaked my room a little that is intense at volume 50 or higher. It is wireless for the subwoofer [less cord connection] and display led screen helps to know what function your operating on. I've purchased this on October and got it on November of 2020 and so far it works perfectly. The e arc helps to send tv sounds smoothly to your sound bar and improved framerates for gaming I believe. And the supplier from eBay is good. No issue purchasing from the company. Great audio device. The sound is breathe taken.

Atmos soundbar

A solid soundbar indeed.
I've owned my Sony soundbar for about a month now and it is a very nice piece of equipment. The sound quality is excellent and design is very sleek. It has built in chromecast so connecting it to a phone or tablet is a breeze. I do have a few things to point out. I had to buy a new TV stand with a mount because the soundbar itself sits pretty tall and blocked my IR on my TV. Also this particular model doesn't allow the wireless rear speakers to connect like other Sony models, so if you want to upgrade, as of right now there's no way. Awesome Sound Bar! Better than expected
Sound bar is awesome, you can hear the effects on all of its features without needing to raise the volume all the up and the best feature which I LOVE is the blue tooth feature which can become a transmitter and connect to my Bose Q35 headphones and enjoy hearing sound from whatever content I’m watching on the TV or playing games from Xbox/PS4. Size is also great, not too long and fits perfectly on top of my fire place below my TV. Definitely recommend. Price is really good, saving lots compare to the big retailer stores. Only slight negative is set up of the bar to TV. No issues with sound bar only that my 4K TV settings would automatically change without my knowledge whenever I connected to the TV and produce a bad picture quality. at first I thought it was the sound bar that was causing the issue and After hours and hours of diagnosing the issue I learned that it was simply my TV picture settings that were completely off. Amazing Soundbar
This is an amazing piece of technology. Very immersive sound experience and it is feature-rich. Looks good, and great quality with heavy material. Surround and bass is amazing. Not sure why some people are giving it negative reviews, but my guess is they didn’t get it setup correctly and didn’t experience full potential of it.
