Decent sound for the price.
I got this for our bedroom so didn't want anything too powerful. The sub is punchy without being overwhelming, the soundbar is slightly boxy sounding and missing a bit of top end shine. The controls are ok but some additional equaliser options would have have been ideal to give it some extra tweakability but these are only very small issues on an excellent soundbar.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Sound is good, but let down by not being wall mountable & you can't use TV remote to operate it
Bought this sound bar to work with a wall mounted Sony tv we have in our kitchen, because the TV's builtin speakers are rather pathetic. Space is a problem so the shorter length of this model seemed perfect for the job. Once connected up, the sound was good, a little too bassy for the kitchen in my opinion, but the bass is adjustable. Once I had finished testing the sound, I was disappointed to find that I was unable to operate the speaker with the TV remote, or the speaker with the TV remote, even though both devices are made by Sony. I could probably have lived with that, but when I looked to mounting the main speaker on the wall below the TV, I found that the speaker is not wall mountable, so the decision was made to return it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Brilliant sound
For a flat is more than enough, depending on how big is the space where you're using it. Also is ideal if you want to save some space in the room. It has a very nice design, one of the reason I bought it. In a house I would choose a powerful one, depends on your needs. Overall is a very good product for its value, highly recommend 👌
