I love this dog bath with a stand - dog loves it and it saves bringing her into the house with muddy paws. It might have been better to have had the drainage hole/tap on the underside of the bath as it doesn't drain completely from the side but this is not a big issue. Does not fully drain.
The drainage tap is ridiculously positioned. It fails to drain the water completely . After washing my dog, all the muddy water stays 2cm deep at the base. Therefore the only way to truly drain it is to lift the entire tank out of its stand and turn upside down. Great value back saving dog bath!
This Dog bath is just what I was looking for its a good size for my large elderly springer spaniel,although anything bigger would probably need the next size up. The bath is sturdy and of good quality,with a tap fitted to the side which will fit a hose lock hose. Ideal for bathing my scardy cat dog,and better for my back. This bath is also a very handy bit of kit to have in the garden for washing paint brushes,dunking plants and all sorts of other messy jobs you wouldn't want to do in your kitchen sink. I used it to clean my grill grates and other large parts. Can’t find the dog when he sees it filling up. He hides. It would be better if the drain valve was on the bottom instead of about an inch up the side. That would eliminate having to dump it.
