Humorous retail of ancient Greek myth
I am always fascinated by the ancient stories, but have to admit the names, the various personality of each characters, are just difficult to remember. Fry's Mythos presents a much clearer timeline and storytelling of this complicated tale, in addition to his use of model language and making connection to what we nowadays have learned. Slightly rushed. Maybe a few too many footnotes?
The second hand condition was better than I expected. Stephen Fry does rush through the evolution of the stories somewhat and I cant help but read some of his quips in his voice, but on the whole enjoyable. Maybe a few too many footnotes which I do need to read. Probably I will buy the other 2 in the trilogy (somewhere at a reduced price) to finish this.
