Great idea to have balm with added hydrocortisone
Wish more lip balms opted to carry hydrocortisone - might make pricing more competitive, therefore ultimately lower for consumers. No doubt some tedious restrictive measures by medical council but do feel balms of this quality do fulfil the need that others don't. For me, I have very dry skin - above my upper lip - when I wake first thing in morning. Lips respond to any old vaseline or balm but the dry skin above my lip more distressing. Other balms had little or no effect but this combined hydrocortisone + balm makes much better impact, and is way preferable to using hydrocortisone cream solely, since it finds its way into mouth, tasting horrid and feels like its numbing my tongue.
