It fills an emotional void that does not come from just telling the time.
Ever since I was fascinated by what I first thought was a fault on one in a station in Zurich, I wanted one with an accurate replica of stop 2 go. This is it ! It is an extravigance at over twenty times the cost of its equally accurate companion wall clocks in the house but the full action, including creep second hand, meant I had to have one.
