Not disappointed with purchase
Drying my hair with one hand instead of dryer in one and brush in the other is definitely nice. It does dry hair much quicker. Temp is just hot and warm. No cool. My hair is short so I have struggled with the short sides and back. I’m thinking it’s part of the learning curve.
