A must read - for everyone.
I now have a better understanding of why people behave the way they do. I wish that I had know about this book when I was working with children and adults who had behaviour problems. I have learned so much.This book is the key that unlocks everything - the pieces to complete a jigsaw. Very well written,with understanding and compassion.
