The SHIMANO STEPS E8000 drive unit is lighter compared to the E6002 type. The short rear triangle leaves more space for the suspension and larger tires. The unit provides constant support and provides a direct pedaling feel whether switched on or off. It delivers 70 Nm of torque, generates 250 watts and has a bottom bracket with a 24 mm axle. Shimano motors are only available as replacement parts. We have the motor in stock and can ship it directly. After purchasing, please send us your old, defective motor immediately, as it must be sent to Shimano. We will of course provide this service for you free of charge. You can therefore install the new motor directly and unbureaucratically and start cycling. The engine has the factory, general pre-programming with a wheel circumference of 30.
