Over priced
Well it arrived but not with shampoo as stated so I run to the shops and get some carpet cleaner All prepared..exiting! Well a serious disappointment the spray was just dripping and not giving any coverage I persevere eventually after pumping the rubbish little button repeatedly semi success....the little tool is awkward to hold the suction is weak it's not too bad on synthetic carpets but the cushions on my linen sofa were soaking wet no matter how long I dragged the nozzle up and down All in all its overpriced for a badly made and non performing cleaner it's worth £40...tops I could have done better with fairy liquid and a towel ! :-)Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Can't manage without
Had to look up on Google about how to fill but now ok, had to use i an emergency with my cats settee, hard part of cat basket, grubby arms of suite, the carpet the cats had an accident on then someone had spilt something on the backseat of my car, all cleaned up doing a very good job, the mucky water proved this, suddenly don't know how we managed before, in its favour is how light and small it is, the items cleaned are left damp not completely dry. Used to clean the interior of my car. Have used various chemical products which you spray and rub which are no good. This worked very well. Spray and then vacuum. Could not be easier. Good machine which is brilliant at clearing up spills etc.
This machine was a replacement for an earlier model which gave up the ghost after 4 years of use. This model is sturdier with an improved fit of the water bottles into the machine and a rocker on/off switch. Otherwise it is the same as the older version. On the older version the hose went first. Because of the very tight fit into its housing and the hard nature of the plastic, over time it split. Did a mend with tape which worked for ages. With this new machine I am not putting the hose into the housing but just loosely draping it over the machine in case the same may happen. That said the old machine was invaluable with 3 dogs and a grandson so I didn't hesitate to buy another.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

If you follow the instructions and use the cleaning fluids provided as directed the machine is excellent. The machine pays for itself within one maybe two times being used by comparison to car retailers. Not often you buy a product and find it that effective for the money!
