    If you are thinking of transforming your body. Then this book is a good place to start for you to see if the New Body Plan is for you. It covers quite a bit of what the New Body Plan is about. I took the plunge on have purchased an 8 weeks New Body Plan for Dumbbells at home and I am into my second week. The book isn’t as comprehensive as one of the plans but will give you a good taster.
