Great product that works very well
We have used Shark products over the years and been satisfied. When we had handle break on a previous Shark steam mop (hanging it by the 'O' ring top caused it to simply fracture) we looked for another steam mop. We were never satisfied with the performance. Shark attacks the grime.
i have a flotex carpet in the kitchen that is approx 2 years old. I have six large tom cats that do mess the floor and everything else up.
