Excellent product that really is non stick! I have the small omelette pan and that is great, and the reason for buying the large one. Why not a flat internal bottom?
It is a good pan but, when you use a small amount of oil to the pan which is not uncommon the oil stays around the outside of the pan and the centre is dry. So, why does the pan not have aa flat internal bottom?Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
