Product meets the needs, but appears to have minor QC issues.
The reason this product didn't receive higher reviews could be circumstantial. The color-placement of the wires didn't match up with the color-placement of this product. All of the colors on the existing product were on the replacement, but the placement of the colors on the new connector do not match the placement of the colors on the old connector. I simply wired the new connector in the same fashion as the old connector, neglecting colors.
