Thank you for the lovely bed wedge. I have slept on my side all my life but with arthritis in both shoulders it has become impossible. It took a couple of nights and a small cushion for my lower back to become accustom to new position. Still has pain at night but with my shoulders supported by the Bed wedge makes it easier.
