Okay but not as good as Orthaheel.
Would recommend only as no alternative now Scholl seems to have stopped making the Orthaheel insole which as a chiropodist I always highly recommended to all my customers. Why change a product when it works?! The Everyday knee to heel insole does not seem to me to be of as good quality as the Orthaheel.
