Caps/lid are flimsy, you have to hold it tightly!! Else come off while operating. Caps lining is not designed properly and it’s very difficult to clean. Other than that Motor is strong and grind things properly. Noise could have been slower.

Poor Craftsmanship
On unpacking the item, small jug not round; finish on the base very uneven on 2 jugs; didn’t unpack any further, not smooth like my other appliances. Don’t know if this is the norm or was a 2nds. Returned the item. I would rather inspect appliances in the shop & buy rather than buying online, saves me the disappointment & hassle of returning the package
