Pleased with this parasol and its looks good and works upright and with a tilt which is what i wanted. It is lightweight and the material quite flimsy. i bought a new base which is heavier now because it blew over although i put away in bad weather. Not quite what I expected for the cost, perhaps I didn't read the advert correctly. Nice parasol, though perhaps a little on the flimsy side
Looks good and the cranking system works well (but I've only used it twice, so cannot say anything about longevity). If I have any concern it is that it appears to be a little on the flimsy side and that the cranking system is very plasticky. So, not sure how long it will hold up. If I'd known beforehand I'd probably have gone for something a little more robust. This garden umbrella was the least expensive but it's lovely. Nice smooth winding mechanism. Great idea with the way they've made the tilting action. Will it last? I dont see why not.
