Not great...
The board came off after an hour of usage. The screws that holds it to the back steel handle punctured right through the plastic board. I had to replace it with larger crew sizes. The hoop is tilted because the screws cannot be tightened.

Less expensive than local retail and well made
Well made and actually made in the US. It does require "some assembly" but all the parts were there and bagged properly. The base holds water if you prefer not to fill it with sand and drains easily. We purchased this based on the description, the review and the price and it did not let us down. It is of very good quality and actually not very difficult to put together with a little help from YouTube. We are grandparents and so it was a bit heavy and cumbersome but still relatively easy to put together. Dissapointed
I already have an older Lifetime goal set. This one is not as good. Backboard and rim are OK but very thin pipe and smaller diameter. Flimsy and shaky when a ball hits the backboard. I guess this is what $99 buys these days.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
