A fine vacuum cleaner
I think this is going to be a fine vacuum cleaner. I certainly picks up a LOT of dirt and fuzz - amazing really. It takes a little practice to get used to using it, coming from a very old traditional heavy Hoover. As some have said, the electrical cord must be "tended" with one hand or you will be constantly running over it, but lots of sweepers are like that. The attachment with the circulating brush works great.

The WORST vacuum cleaner we ever used !
This is the WORST upright vacuum cleaner I or my wife ever used ! It was heavy ( 18 lbs) . It had a light to indicate "floor" vs "carpet" . We could find no real difference between the two settings! The WORST PART was you couldn't turn it without much effort (no maneuverability) !! After first use of 45 minutes, my shoulder, elbow, and wrist could take it any more. MY wife then tried it also and after a few minutes she said she could never use this cleaner again. We've had upright bagless cleaners for years, never a problem !! We packed it up and GAVE IT AWAY !! I would NOT recommend this model to anyone !!

Best I have ever owned!
I thought my living room carpet was clean, it just needed a routine “going over”. Nope! You would not believe all the dirt and hair this vacuum picked up. I had to empty the canister twice before moving to the hall. Another great point in its favor, I don’t have to dust every time I use it! My old vacuum threw up a dust cloud when in use.

Love this vacuum
If u aint gotta duo with hard floors than u aint picking nothin up. And i love how it has a real hepa filtration. I set it so everyone can see it because im so proud of it. Lol thats just the hillbilly in me. If i had to gripe about anything it would only be how stiff the hose is an the attachments are alil hard to pull off. Other than that this is a must. I go from carpet to wood floor to furniture to steps with ease. I didnt know just how dusty my house was till i used this vacuum and my lil girl aint been coughing since. I gotta dog an my daughter has asthma. She used to always get sick with breathing problems an we never knew what it was. I dont think ill ever be able to live without this beauty again. And at half the cost. Great experience and great deal and a great machine. I aint stopped recommending this vac on fb since i got it.

Good suction and more dirt than I thought I had!
It really picks up dirt that you did not know you had. Good suction. It will take some getting used to using the swivel. I wish it came with a soft brush attachment for dusting. I would like it better if it had automatic rewind. Only used it twice. I'll get more input from my cleaning girl the next time she comes.

Splurge for zero m and duo clean...worth it.
Roommate owned the lower model without the self cleaning brush and loved it but always contemplated how much better it would be with that. Decided to buy the nicer model when I moved out and it's very much worth it.
